In my seven years experience as a counselor, I have worked with adolescents and adults on anxiety and stress management, grieving, overcoming stressful thoughts and limiting belief systems, relationship issues, career issues and career goal development, adjustment to disability and unique issues related to having a disability, strategies for being successful in college and work, moving forward in life after trauma, and many other areas. I believe a person’s growth is enhanced and accelerated with a coach or counselor to support them by asking good questions and offering encouragement in a way that brings awareness and clarity.
