I am a Health Medical Psychologist, with over 25 years of experience working with clients with a wide range of concerns including behavioral weight loss, eating disorders, behavioral approaches to resolving, preventing and adjusting to medical diagnoses such as autoimmune disease, cardiac rehab and cancer, women’s issues, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and life transitions. I also work with clients on behavioral weight loss and disease prevention, by creating healthier patterns and lifestyle. My counseling style is warm and interactive.
