I am a licensed professional counselor and I have experience working with individuals of all ages. I have expertise in working with relationship, family of origin, and parenting issues. I also have expertise in working with clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, life changes, stress, career transitions, and trauma history. At times life can feel overwhelming, and I am here to support and encourage you!
