I am a licensed psychotherapist from Pennsylvania and I live and work in Florida. I studied trauma informed clinical social work at Barry University, where I received a Master of Social Work. Barry’s program not only taught me methodology and criteria, it turned me into a dedicated therapist. I use a myriad of approaches all founded on understanding my client and their needs and their goals. I find Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to be extremely effective and I use it broadly. I oftentimes utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Experiential Therapy as catalysts for talk therapy. My diverse experience allows me to easily attune to most client’s needs and help most clients feel comfortable and safe. I am committed to my clients, and my goal is to create an effective plan for treatment with as much support as is needed and requested.
