I am licensed in Georgia and Maryland with 17 years of professional clinical work experience. I am also nationally board certified. I have experience in helping clients with couple’s issues, self-esteem, trauma, stress and anxiety, coping with addiction, grief and loss, LGBTIQ+ related matters, religious/spiritual concerns, adjustment difficulties, child & adolescent issues, and parenting challenges. My therapy style is warm and interactive. My approach to therapy consist of a few approaches which includes, but is not limited to, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focus Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Adlerian Therapy (psychodynamic).
