I am licensed in Indiana and Oregon with 6 years of professional work experience. My primary clinical experience has been at crisis mental health walk-in clinics. I have experience in helping clients with suicidal thoughts and safety planning, depression, stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, psychosis, mania, relationship challenges, motivation, self esteem, and confidence issues. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
