I am licensed in Colorado as a professional counselor. I have 10+ years of experience working with children and families, with careers ranging from nannying, Montessori art teacher, to family and couples therapist. 5 of these years include my professional work experience as a psychotherapist, family therapist, and art therapist. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & eating disorders. I also believe that artistic expression is a valuable tool that can be used to express difficult emotions – most of which we may not have the words for.
