I am a licensed clinician in New Jersey with over 20 years of professional work experience in the field. I have experience in helping individuals with stress and anxiety, eating disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, and many other areas of concern. Throughout my career I have also helped a wide variety of individuals who struggle with relationship issues, conflict resolution, career issues, substance abuse, grief and loss, as well as trauma and abuse. My style is warm and individualistic. I believe in treating each person with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. You are the expert of your story and you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Psychodynamic therapy, Humanistic therapy and Motivational Interviewing to ensure each person receives treatment tailored to them.
