About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado with 5 years of paid professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, and depression, family conflicts, coping with grief and loss, & processing through negative beliefs about oneself in order to replace them with a more positive, realistic self-concept. I work with clients through a systems perspective and bring awareness to behavioral and emotional patterns that formed during childhood and continue to negatively impact clients in adulthood. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with victims of trauma and adults who perpetuate harm onto others. I received my Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice and my Master’s Degree in Counseling: Clinical Mental Health. I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion, and I know that everyone has a unique, complex life. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes so much courage, and I am here to support you in that process.
