I provide an integrative and creative mind-body counseling approach creating a space for clients to feel encouraged, gain insight and self discovery. The feedback I receive from clients are that they find me very easy to talk to, non judgmental, and caring. My passion is maternal mental health where I help families navigate the shadows of miscarriage, loss, other pregnancy/postpartum, motherhood challenges and other women issues. HOW I PRACTICE ON BETTERHELP: I interact with you via all modes of communication; however, I have discovered that clients who primarily participate in video sessions find the therapeutic experience more enriching. My work hours are Monday-Thursday between 5:30a-430p CST. I do not typically work on the weekends; however, I am available for limited LiveChat sessions on Saturday and will schedule these directly with you. I do not work Sundays as I practice self care. My “no show policy” indicates that 3 no shows and/or cancellations with less than 24-hours notice will result in discontinuation of services with me.
