I am licensed in California with 7 years of professional work experience. As a first generation immigrant, I am passionate about addressing stigma towards mental health and help address barriers towards accessing mental health services. I have experience in helping clients with motivation, self esteem, and confidence, career difficulties, & depression. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
