My name is Nydia (its basically Lydia just with an N) I am a licensed clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have been in this field for over 20 years. Some modalities in my therapy toolbelt are MI, CBT, DBT, and I am currently working towards certification in EMDR. I do not wish to overwhelm you with this information if you do not know what form of therapy you want but know there are options and there is no one size fits all.
