Olushola “Shola” Abiodun Lawal, a proud alumnus of Florida State University, holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Social Work, obtained in 2013 and 2015, respectively. Born and raised in Broward County Florida, Shola’s passion for social work was ignited during his time at FSU, where he developed a keen interest in substance abuse, child welfare, and the management of mental health disorders, alongside life coaching. Shola is a seasoned professional, licensed in Florida, with nine years of dedicated experience in the field of mental health. He has adeptly assisted clients in navigating a variety of challenges, including stress and anxiety, issues related to intimacy, anger management, as well as struggles with motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. Shola firmly believes that every individual is the expert of their own narrative and possesses inherent strengths that can be leveraged to overcome life’s obstacles. He commends the courage it takes to begin the therapeutic journey and expresses genuine pride in those who take that initial step towards personal growth and healing.
