Hello, my name is Ondrea Hairston and I have been a licensed therapist for over 20 years. I have a wide range of mental health experience working with diverse populations, and have worked in many areas of social work practice. I graduated from the University of Washington in 2005 and received my Masters in Social Work all while raising a family. So I understand the challenges that work- life balance can bring into our lives. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, post-traumatic stress & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
