I utilize and eclectic approach because we are all different. and a one size fits all style is not effective. I am nonjudgemental, compassionate and a great listener. I have extensive training in working with OCD, Self Esteem, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Addictions, Relationship issues and so much more. I stay abreast of new evidence based treatment and continue to stay active in the learning process.
