I am a clinical social worker with over 7 years of experience working with clients experiencing depression and anxiety, physical trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder. Licensed in both New Mexico and Florida, my experience ranges from medical and college settings with the majority of my time spent with veterans. My counseling style is collaborative in nature. I believe in working with each individual in a positive and empathetic manner, drawing from each person’s strengths. My therapeutic approach combines cognitive behavioral and cognitive processing therapies with elements of acceptance and commitment.
