About me

I am a licensed mental health counselor currently licensed in New York and Virginia with over 15 years of experience working as a counselor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and OCD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma and sexual abuse. I believe in treating everyone with respect, and compassion, in a non judgmental manner. My approach is a combination of cognitive-behavioral and humanistic approaches. Every client is different and the approach used is tailored to your needs and goals. I look forward to working with you!
