I am licensed in Tennessee with 12 years of professional counseling experience an over 20 working with a variety of cultures in all aspects of their lives. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, building confidence, & developing skills to reduce episodes of depress. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
