I am an individual therapist licensed in New Jersey with over 35 years of experience working with a wide area of issues such as depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. I see myself as a collaborator in an individual’s healing process as we explore what helping approaches offer the best fit and are most effective for each individual. My work is informed by training and experience in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), EFT , mindfulnesss practice, trauma informed care and other methods that focus on the mind-body connection to restore well being.
