My approach to therapy includes the use of models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as others depending on what appears to be most appropriate for your needs and preferences. Some of the topics we may address in therapy include managing stress and anxiety, life purpose, drug and alcohol addictions, anger management, motivation, and self-esteem issues.
