I am a Michigan-based outpatient therapist who has been in the field since 2018. I work with clients of all ages, who predominantly struggle with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, and anger, and I do so from a trauma-informed perspective. I accomplish this by coming alongside my clients as a fellow traveler on the road to wellness. As we explore these and other symptoms together, I assist my clients with developing a personalized array of tools to overcome their mental health challenges.
