It requires great courage to evolve into who you were born to be. I am a well seasoned, Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 1994. I am also a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Georgia. I have successfully worked with a diverse array of issues and diverse unique populations. Every person has a unique purpose in life, with a unique array of talents and gifts. Some people are blessed to recognize their gifts, but feel stuck, and in need of guidance, in certain situations, at certain times during their lives. Some people need guidance in discovering those unique wonderful gifts, that make them, the individual they are. How we define ourselves, our values, our meaning, is who we become. When we choose to look closer at the reflection in the mirror, we can find the best reflection of who we are. Personal growth is not a thing that you are “done with”, or “finish” during your life journey. We should be ever striving to be the best version of our selves.
