I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and National Certified Counselor in the state of Florida with five years of professional work experience. I am also a Board Certified Telemental Health Provider. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, and depression. I use CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and client centered approaches to help individuals learn the skills they need to manage symptoms and cope effectively, so they can have a fulfilling life. I also incorporate spiritual practices, such a reading scripture and prayer, for those clients who request it. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
