I am licensed in Colorado with over 30 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I have worked in diverse settings, most recently at the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, where I used Solution Focused, Strengths Based and Person-Centered Approaches to address each individual’s needs. I use a humanistic approach in working with clients. I seek to create the safety of a mutually satisfying relationship whereby clients feel empowered and energized to live their “best” lives. I work with clients to help them to identify their unique strengths and talents. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
