Hello. My name is Peggy. I have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (in the State of Florida) since 2012, providing therapeutic services in various community settings addressing problems in managing Depression, Anxiety, Schizophrenia, Bipolar, challenges with parenting, trauma, and in dealing with life stressors. I have been trained in an array of therapeutic interventions. On this platform, I will utilize evidenced-based therapy interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), to help identify symptoms/behaviors, and develop a treatment plan to improve your ability to manage your mental health and progress with your intrapersonal goals. I am person-centered, and genuinely would like to assist anyone that want to learn and try to manage his/her self-care.
