I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical from Maryland with 29 years experience. I am experienced in helping clients develop goals to help them overcome their life stressors that are impacting their daily living activities. I have experience working with clients with trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD and childhood physical, emotional and sexual abuse. I will help my clients develop their goals and utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy and other techniques to meet their goals.
