I am licensed in Arizona and New Jersey with 17 years of professional work experience as an individual therapist. I have worked with a variety of populations. I am certified in EMDR and do a lot of work with individuals who have suffered from different types of trauma. I have a lot of experience in the substance use field, and work with individuals experiencing issues with addiction. I am a client-centered therapist, and I believe that a warm, respectful relationship between therapist and client is the basis of the helping process.
