My name is pronounced “Pay-tra” and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas that has been practicing for 15 years. I have worked with clients ranging from age 5 to 65 years old on topics such as, but not limited to anxiety, grief, self harm, depression, self esteem, and trauma. Our mental health is a key part of coping with life’s big changes and I am here to offer you support during this time. My treatment approach is Solution Focused and Narrative therapy. My counseling style is compassionate and non-judgemental as I believe in treating everyone with sensitivity and respect.
