I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with trainings and specializations in trauma and related symptoms and disorders. I have experience treating sexual and physical abuse, domestic violence, life transitions, relationship and spiritual issues, anxiety and depression and PTSD related symptoms. Although I have experience working with children, adolescents, individuals and couples my primary focus are in the areas of trauma, women and couples. I am equipped with various interventions that allows me to assist clients in becoming more aware of who they are at their core. I also am a huge proponent of teaching so that I can give clients tangible tools to help them become the people that they want to be in life. I am trained in techniques such as Sandtray therapy, EMDR therapy, marriage and family and parenting techniques. These specialized trainings give me the unique ability to help clients gain deep insight and obtain change quicker than years of talk therapy.
