Phyllis has over 20 years of experience working as a psychotherapist. She has extensively worked with a diverse range clients from elementary age children through seniors. Much of her experience with these populations includes working with addiction, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder and trauma. Her counseling techniques stem from a combination of rational emotive behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing and dialectical behavior therapy.
