I have been formally trained in a variety of therapy methods in order to meet each person’s individual needs. I have a passion and dedication to working with individuals with concerns including family and parenting issues, attachment issues, trauma, relationship issues, depression and anxiety. I also have experience working with individuals in crisis needing short term, solution focused treatment. My counseling style is warm and welcoming. I believe in treating people with respect, understanding and creating a non-judgmental space. I believe in starting where you are and supporting you in the way the want and need to achieve your goals and become your best self. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, trauma focused, attachment based and solution focused counseling. I will tailor our time together to meet your specific needs and goals.
