I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from South Florida with over 20 years of experience. I currently provide counseling in the public school system to children and adolescents who are experiencing mental health challenges, emotional instability and behavior concerns. I also have experience in the private sector, community mental health, psychiatric hospitals, prisons, and juvenile detention facilities treating individuals/families who were challenged with substance abuse, trauma, social/emotional skills, parenting, abuse, relationship issues, and mental health issues; anxiety/stress, depression, bipolar, and ADHD. I believe in treating each client with respect and compassion while providing a safe and confidential environment to heal. I promote autonomy and empower clients to be self sufficient, and advocates for change.
