I am licensed in New Jersey and New York. I have 12 years of professional work experience. I have worked with those who have been incarcerated, veterans, HIV/AIDS, substance use issues, palliative/end of life care, PTSD, and the LQBTQ community. I believe that you are the expert of your story. My role as a therapist is to be supportive, collaborative, and help reflect your strengths and help you identify coping skills unique to you, adopting multiple modalities (trauma informed, cbt, harm reduction, narrative, journaling).
