I am a clinical psychologist, licensed in Florida with over 23 years of professional work experience. Sometimes, “therapy” seems to be identified and connotated with an idea that the psychologist or therapist has the answers to all of one’s challenges. I believe therapy to be a place in which you can express yourself without judgement, there is likely a natural rapport and connection. One has to feel comfortable in this process. Who are we. Who am I. The multitude of variables and influences that influence us. This carries on through our life as we work, have children, and suffer loss, change, and attempts to see our lives as worthy. We are human. I can tell you my work history, that varies from state psychiatric, to homeless, addiction, to the elderly. I have worked with clients suffering from depression, bipolar, anxiety, trauma. I am EMDR certified, technique helping those that suffer from trauma and anxiety. I believe all connected. It is all encompassing. Our childhood history follows through the multitude of variables we face as we grow older. To follow our hearts, to self-actualize, to be authentic, to self-love. So much to say, so little space, it’s only a conversation and then you go from there. I believe that you are the expert of your story, I am here to listen to it.
