Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years experience in working with individuals from children to geriatrics. My experience includes a wide variety of topics including anxiety, stress management, depression, trauma, grief/anticipatory grief, attachment concerns, adjustment and life changes. My approach with clients is compassionate and respectful, using a solution focus approach. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Systems Perspective, and Psychodynamic therapy.
