I am a social worker licensed in California with several years of experience working as a school social worker. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, behavioral problems, etc. My work primarily has been with adolescents and children. My therapy style is warm, interactive, and person-focused. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and solution focused aspects. I also like to place an emphasis on being culturally aware and sensitive.
