People need someone they feel they can connect with and open up to without the fear of being judged or discriminated against for who they are and what they’ve experienced. They want to feel safe and able to trust the professional providing the help. I believe that I am that professional and have been for 6 years working with adults and youth who struggle with anxiety, depression, suicidal/homicidal ideation, self-esteem issues, substance use disorders, ADHD, parent/child relational issues, trauma, grief, abuse, bipolar disorder, etc. My desire is for you to know that your best self is waiting; I’d be honored to introduce you.
