I am a licensed clinical social worker with four years of therapeutic experience as well as decades of professional experience in other fields . I have helped clients who live with stress, anxiety, depression and faced career challenges and life changes. As a South Asian woman, I operate through a multicultural lens, understanding various cultural expectations and the challenges that can accompany them. Creating an open, safe environment with clients where they feel that they can share without fear of judgment is something I highly value.
