I am a Marriage and Family therapist licensed in California. I’m from the Midwest and graduated from Indiana University. I’ve had some wonderful experiences working with individuals, and I believe that everybody has the capacity and courage to change. I will do my best to help you find that courage, and to help you develop interpersonal skills by listening, challenging, and offering alternative ways of thinking and doing. I believe that deep down, we all know what we want and need emotionally, and my work will focus on helping you understand your own unique life experience. I will meet you where you are and take this journey with you. I know first hand that finding a therapist who you feel comfortable with and connected to is very important, so I provide a safe and supportive environment where you can talk openly. I am a good listener with a creative sense of humor. I am interactive in sessions offering a collaborative, compassionate, and emphatic approach to treatment.
