I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida, with 4 years of experience. I have worked with teenagers, young adults, adults, families and couples. I pride myself in providing highly individualized psychotherapy services to address anxiety, self-worth, depression, family conflict, adjustment issues, anger, power and control, and relationship issues. I have received training in, and feel comfortable implementing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness- Based Cognitive therapy, Anger Management, Parenting skills, Domestic Violence and Motivational Interviewing. I have pursued this profession to apply my knowledge and understanding to those individuals in need of services. My counseling style is compassionate, empathetic, interactive, and accepting. I believe in treating all people with dignity, honesty and consideration. I enjoy helping others understand their ability to control their thoughts and actions by expressing their emotions in a healthy, meaningful manner.
