Raquel is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and National Certified Counselor, providing counseling to clients in need. She earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. Raquel utilizes an integrative approach, to include Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Hypnotherapy, and Mindfulness-Based Interventions. She has experience working with children and adolescents, teens, adults, and families. Raquel is a dedicated and compassionate therapist with strong counseling abilities. She supports and assists those who want to make a positive difference in their lives by drawing on her clinical experience, compassion, and empathy. She creates a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment for her clients to listen and develop skills to effectively manage symptoms in order to improve everyday functioning.
