Hello and welcome, My name is Ravi Starr and I am licensed professional counselor in Kansas and Missouri with 13 years of experience working in the field of mental health. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, family conflict, and depression, as well as those who are recovering from trauma and abuse, or are coping with grief and loss. Much of my professional work has taken place in neighborhoods where there are many Spanish-speaking individuals and families, so of a necessity, I have needed to deepen my understanding of cultural humility and meeting the needs of diverse populations. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. We will tailor our work together and your counseling goals to meet your unique and specific needs. As a first step, I will mostly listen (including via email) to try to better understand what you are facing right now.
