I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in both Wisconsin and in South Carolina. I am also awaiting approval of an application through endorsement with North Carolina Board of Licensing for Counselors. Over the years I have been successful in working in the fields of mental health and addiction with the use of a variety of approaches and theoretical backgrounds. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, Wisconsin with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Welfare. I spent one year studying the dynamics of international and domestic adoptions. During this time I was appointed a Public Member to the State of Wisconsin Special Committee on Adoption where I served for one year. I graduated with my Master’s Degree in Counselor Education from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater, Wisconsin in 2005. My treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy. Most recently I completed training as a Certified Nutritional Mental Health Counselor.
