I am a professional counselor licensed in Colorado with 4 years of experience. I have worked with a variety of clients, including college students, adults, and adults with intellectual disabilities. Some concerns I have helped clients with include depression, anxiety, disordered eating, substance use and stress management. I have also worked with clients with a wide range of past trauma. My therapy style is empathic and interactive. I believe in treating all clients with respect, compassion and unconditional positive regard. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, rational-emotive, humanistic and existential therapy.
