Hello! I’m Rebecca and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in the state of PA. I began my career working as a crisis counselor for victims of trauma, particularly those affected by sexual assault. I have 5 years of experience with drug and alcohol addiction in inpatient and outpatient settings. I also have experience providing forensic evaluations for courts, jail, and other community agencies. Most recently, I provide counseling to people struggling with mood and anxiety disorders. This might include anxiety attacks, depression, bipolar disorder, panic and personality disorders. I love watching people grow, build motivation, and confidence in their daily lives, finding more meaning and joy each day. I utilize Person-Centered therapy as well as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) as a way to build mastery and create measurable goals. That said, I very much enjoy being in my client’s space with them; to be able to hear their stories and understand, to the best of my ability, the events and experiences that make us who we are today.
