I am a licensed clinical social worker. I also have a doctorate degree in philosophy with an emphasis on social work practice. I have over a decade of experience working in the mental health field assisting individuals of all ages with a wide range of concerns (e.g., anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, emotional/behavioral challenges, attachment or parenting concerns, etc.). I believe that there is not a one-size-fits all type of treatment and that it is important to tailor services to fit each individual. Therefore, I use a client-centered approach while utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques to address the presenting concerns.
