I also have experience working a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, grief & loss, ADHD, compassion fatigue, couples issues, work related issues, and life changes. My therapy style warm & accepting, yet when needed, direct and truthful. Specifically, I often use a variety of approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, Gestalt, dialectical therapy, and internal family systems.
