Hello! My name is Regina, and I’m a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida with a M.S. in Mental Health Counseling. If you are experiencing stressful life experiences or emotional issues, connecting with a therapist can help you with learning the appropriate coping skills such as breathing techniques and mindfulness. I care deeply about the relationship I establish with my clients. I bring warmth and compassion to therapy in a supportive and nonjudgmental manner. My counseling approach in integrative which combines different approaches such as cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness, and person-centered along with breathing techniques to help fit the need of each client.
