I have experience working with issues including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting issues, divorce, career challenges and life transitions. My therapy style is holistic, focusing on the aspects of the whole person and their emotional, physical, social and spiritual needs. I use a variety of techniques with my clients based on their individual needs. These include humanistic, existential, client centered, cognitive behavioral and mindfulness techniques.
