I specialize in helping individuals break free from fears, anxiety and stress that hold them back. These fears are often rooted in trauma, loss and other events. They tend to limit the ability to process emotionally difficult information. One of the ways I treat these symptoms is EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) as part of an overall treatment strategy. I often combine other methods such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and other evidence based practices to ensure the best outcomes.
